About Us
The St Lawrence Nebo Polocrosse Club is the northern most club in the Capricornia Zone of Central Queensland. The club hosts an annual two day carnival in July at the St Lawrence Sport and Recreation grounds. These grounds are situated a short distance from the township of St Lawrence and are approximately 6 kms off the Bruce Highway.
The St Lawrence Nebo Polocrosse Club is a small and friendly club that consists of a great percentage of junior and intermediate players as well as senior players and social members. The club welcomes new members and actively promotes this exciting, family oriented sport to local pony clubs and other horse riding enthusiasts.
The St Lawrence Nebo Polocrosse Club have recently upgraded their fields thanks to the Queensland Government's Gambling Community Benefit Fund which provided $4510 to assist the Club with the upgrade of two playing fields (see photograph below).
